By profession, I am a M.Sc. in Business, and for more than 12 years I have been doing various administrative jobs – from covering key clients for big companies to working in diplomacy. Common to all of these jobs were stress and tension. When they started having a bad influence on my health, I decided to change my life and take a new turn, for the better.
Since 2010, I have been working at Mofit fitness club, on promoting comprehensive health with our members. Today, it is more than clear than ever that, in order to enjoy good health, one needs to be physically active, but also eat properly, relax and breathe correctly, and have a healthy attitude and a good feeling about oneself. I have, with much pleasure, organized many events and actions with various partners, in order to encourage our members to take better care of themselves, as well as of others.
By temper, I am a quiet type, prone to meditation and yoga, and it took a long time for me to realize that there is no complete health without balance in physical activity. Today, I am an instructor of two exercise programmes – Spinning and Les Mills BodyBalance. I love both of them because, besides on the exercise itself, they also put great accent on breathing and the feeling in the body, thus offering a great insight into oneself – a true balance of the body and the mind.
Almost all of my treatments start with relaxation and great focus on the feeling inside, which is also the case with my Balance massages. In my work I use organic herbal oils with eco certificates, as well as sound healing. Client's cooperation during the treatment is almost crucial in achieving a good result.
I love working with scents, sounds and energies. I am a karmic diagnostics biotherapist of the Marjan Ogorevc method (2011), a licensed family aromatherapist (2008), a Soulwork Life Coach of the Martyn Carruthers' Soulwork Systemic Coaching method, and a reiki teacher (2006).
Since 2018. Adidas and Mofit fitness club joined in a project - www.sportsstudio.hr. In this multifunctional space, offering members great workout and also co-working area, I lead Pilates and Spinning classes. We also organize lifestyle workshops and motivational programs for our members that support health and personal growth.
